1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Obsydia Core0 infrastructure software and related services provided by Obsydia Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.

2. Service Description

Obsydia Core0 is self-hosted data protection infrastructure software. You deploy and operate the software on your own infrastructure. We provide licenses, updates, and support services.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Obsydia Core0 software in accordance with your purchased license tier.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) your own infrastructure and data; (b) compliance with applicable laws including data protection regulations; (c) maintaining appropriate security measures; (d) backing up your data and configurations.

5. Our Responsibilities

We provide: (a) software updates and security patches; (b) technical support during business hours; (c) documentation and deployment guidance. We do not operate or access your deployed infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by English law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software expires, but deployed instances continue to function in read-only mode.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
